Welcome to the online home for the Illinois Alliance for Continuing Medical Education (IACME). The Illinois Alliance is a non-profit, professional association dedicated to serving the needs of continuing medical education professionals. Continuing medical education refers to the ongoing education and training provided to healthcare professionals in order for them to both maintain their certification and licensure and improve the quality of care they deliver.

Our membership is a diverse group of key stakeholders that advance clinical medicine and patient care through a number of organizations - from hospitals and health systems to medical specialty societies and associations to private education providers.

IACME members find value in networking, sharing challenges and solutions, and building lifelong professional friendships. IACME membership is a great way to get integrally involved in the Illinois medical education community and the benefits of membership are numerous.
