Print out the Membership Form (PDF), complete and mail the form with a check (payable to IACME) to: Illinois Alliance for Continuing Medical Education (credit cards payments can only be accepted online) and mail with membership form to Nikki Berry c/o IACME, PO Box 3266, Oak Brook, IL 60522.

IACME members come from 46 different cities in Illinois (out of state members are welcome), with 77% of our membership from the Chicago area. Hospital CME staff make up 36% of our membership, with 25% from specialty societies, 10% from medical schools, and representatives from communications companies, medical societies, and accreditation bodies.
