A Call to CME Providers:

Working Together to Address Public Health Issues

November 16, 2011

Noon (CST)

Have you discussed how to collaborate with other providers to address public health issues? Would you like to collaborate with internal or external groups to help address gaps in healthcare but aren't quite sure where to start?

This webcast will discuss how to utilize state and local health reports to identify gaps and needs, develop content, form partnerships, and create “non-educational” strategies. Faculty will discuss how public health reports can help providers identify factors outside their control that impact patient outcomes. In addition, they will share examples of how collaborations can help providers implement strategies to overcome barriers to change.

Mary Martin Lowe, PhD will serves as the webcast leader and facilitator.
