Position Description: Manager of MOC Support Program
Incumbent: OPEN
Reports to: Program Directors and Senior Vice President for Professional and Scientific Affairs
Responsibilities: Overall responsibilities are to assist in all aspects of the MOC Support Program and related committee and governance work.
Administration & Operations
· Coordinate logistics and provide support for the MOC Network (through conference calls and webinars) in order to facilitate the sharing of MOC information across the Board Enterprise.
· Assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of workshops and other educational activities related to the MOC Support Program.
· Assist in the identification and evaluation of internal and external resources for the MOC Support Program.
· Assist in the compiling of findings from existing and pilot projects, the collecting of project progress reports, and the summarizing and disseminating of project data.
· Work with IT staff to maintain and update information of the MOC Support Program and related committees, task forces, and joint working groups on the Portal.
· Provide support to all MOC-related committees and other governing bodies by identifying and/or preparing supplemental materials to aid decision-making and standard-setting processes.
· Perform administrative tasks as required (scanning, photocopying, etc).

Education, Training and Experience:
· Master’s degree preferred. A bachelor’s degree required (in Education, Public Health or Public Policy preferred) or equivalent experience.
· Minimum of 3 - 5 years of work experience in medical education setting(s), medical research setting(s), medical association setting(s), and/or continuing medical education setting(s).
· Solid proficiency with MS Office Products.
· Experience working with physicians/physician volunteers/medical executives.
· Experience working in an accreditation setting is a plus.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, M-F, 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
